Easy check-in process. The staff at the lounge was friendly and offered complimentary coffee and tea in the workout room. The bathroom was clean and functional, without any issues.
I encountered filthy rooms, which was a disappointment. The service was lacking and it felt like a terrible experience overall. It made me question the hype surrounding this establishment.

Check-in quick and easy. Luxurious design and private atmosphere stand out. Watch out for poor staff communication. Noisy at night with partying nearby.

Fab location right in the hub of Caesars, loved the spacious, spotless room—definitely a little oasis amidst the chaos!
But honestly, that roof view was a mood killer. It's like I was rooming with a bunch of pigeons!

The private fitness center was also a worthwhile amenity that I appreciated.

I had a fun time enjoying the spacious Deluxe King Room and the amazing pool area. The jacuzzi was a perfect way to unwind after a long day, and I loved the pool table in the lobby for some extra entertainment. The only downside was that the room wasn’t as spotless as I hoped, but it didn’t ruin the overall great experience! 😊

I appreciated the separate entrance. It felt serene and exclusive. The limited number of rooms on each floor kept the noise down. The concierge welcomed me with a note that added a nice touch to my stay. Trevor at check-in made the process easy and created a positive atmosphere from the start. I felt cared for, which is important after traveling from New York as a single traveler.
I was disappointed with the pricing of in-room snacks. The lack of options for storing drinks was also a hassle. The pool access was crowded, and finding a place to relax was challenging.
